Happy Wednesday! How are you doing? Hopefully you are enjoying this quarter and having fun exploring San Diego. As you are getting accustomed to being around people again and getting back into the swing of student life, we encourage you to take care of yourself mentally and physically.
Every other Wednesday, we will be sharing tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are studying from.

The Library offers a variety of tech items for checkout from the Geisel Service Area and Biomedical Library Building Front Desk. Examples of what we offer for checkout are:

Masking is required to enter the Library buildings. Food and drink are not allowed, except in the designated space by Audrey's Cafe in Geisel Library.

Upgraded Instant Ramen
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 scallion thinly sliced (optional)
2 slices American cheese
1 pack ramen noodles
1/2 teaspoon butter
1 large egg
Instructions:
1. Bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and cook for another 30 seconds.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and crack in an egg. Do no stir; pull the noodles over the egg and let sit for one minute to poach.
2. Carefully transfer everything to a bowl. Add the butter, cheese, and sesame seeds and mix. Garnish with the scallions if desired. |

WELLNESS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS |
|
|
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers the “Let’s Talk”, a program designed to provide drop-in consultation services to all undergraduate and graduate international students.
Dr. Rina Schul (CAPS/ISPO Liaison) facilitates these one-on-one sessions for international students interested in informal support with general wellness issues such as stress, adjustment, cross-cultural challenges, motivation, focus, and relationships.
